Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance in the Home Depot environment.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display to communicate HVAC services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers in-store.
• Proactively greet customers and qualify; schedule appointments.
• Build relationships with HD associates and store management.
• Educate customers and store staff about the HVAC program.
• Meet program KPIs and attend required meetings.
