Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith, in partnership with Home Depot, seeks a Lead Generator to engage customers in-store and promote HVAC services. You will greet shoppers, educate on the HVAC program, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments at the Home Depot kiosk, building strong relationships with store staff.

You will represent a fast-paced program with clear KPIs, participate in trainings, and support a professional image while driving sales opportunities in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance and support the company image in Home Depot.
• Maintain the HVAC Kiosk/Display to communicate service benefits.
• Initiate conversations with prospective customers during their in-store shopping.
• Greet customers, qualify prospects, and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and store management.
• Educate customers and store employees about the HVAC program.
• Meet program KPIs and participate in required trainings.
