Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith partners with Home Depot to provide HVAC services. As a Lead Generator you will engage customers in-store, communicate benefits of HVAC options, and schedule appointments for heating and cooling services.

You’ll maintain a friendly, professional presence, greet customers, ask open questions, qualify interest, and build relationships with store associates to hit program KPIs. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers in a friendly, informative manner.
• Capable of open-ended questioning to uncover needs.
• Strong communication and listening to qualify and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance to support the company image with Home Depot.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display to communicate benefits of HVAC products/services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers in-store.
• Qualify purchasers and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store associates and management.
• Educate customers about the HVAC program and store employees.
