Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith and Home Depot collaborate to provide Heating and Cooling services. As a Lead Generator, you will engage customers in-store, present HVAC benefits, and schedule service appointments to drive Home Depot customers to Thomas & Galbraith’s HVAC offerings.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintain a professional image, and build relationships with store associates. Weekend availability, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face interaction with customers in-store.
• Energetic, self-driven approach to meeting KPIs.
• Ability to ask questions and qualify customers for HVAC services.
• Willingness to work weekends and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance consistent with the company image.
• Maintain in-store HVAC kiosk/display messaging.
• Initiate conversations with shoppers and gauge interest.
• Qualify potential buyers and schedule appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and management.
• Educate customers about HVAC program benefits.
