Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith in Florence, KY is seeking a Lead Generator to engage customers in Home Depot stores and schedule HVAC service appointments. You will present professionally, communicate program benefits, and work with store associates to drive interest and conversions.

The role emphasizes outbound conversation, qualification of prospects, and achieving program KPIs through in-store engagement and training participation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales is highly desired but not required.
• Must stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time.
• Must be outgoing, energetic and self-motivated.
• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to use a smartphone for email and text.
• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required but it is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company’s business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC kiosk/display/end cap within the Home Depot to communicate benefits.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and management while in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Meet program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
