Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for the Shops at Evergreen Walk Pop-Up. You will oversee in-store education, lead from the floor, and act as Supervisor on Duty to ensure a high-energy, inclusive guest experience while guiding a dynamic team.

This 3-month contract requires retail experience, leadership or mentoring ability, and agility to adapt to peak periods. The role involves opening/closing, coaching, and contributing to sales targets on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, including guest resolution and handling difficult conversations
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed
• Open and close the store according to procedures
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to meet sales targets
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes
• Coach team members with direct feedback and hands-on development
