Job summary

lululemon Woodburn Premium Outlet is seeking a Temporary Guest Experience Lead to guide the guest experience on the store floor and lead from the frontline. You will provide technical product education, support daily sales targets, and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.

The role includes participating in hiring and training, plus driving a respectful team environment. The position requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, and leadership or mentoring exposure.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience and product education
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and oversee store operations during shifts
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members in real time
• Foster an inclusive, fun, productive team environment
