Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store guest interactions and product education. You will lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty, ensure readiness, and guide a team to achieve daily sales goals while maintaining an inclusive, engaging store atmosphere.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience, leadership aptitude, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lululemon guest experience framework on the floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and provide technical product education to guests when needed.
• Move from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare for store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and productive team environment.
