Job summary

lululemon invites applications for a Guest Experience Lead at Shops at Evergreen Walk Pop-Up (3-month contract) in Windsor, CT. You will lead from the floor to deliver an inclusive, high-caliber guest experience and provide technical product education that meets each guest's needs.

As part of the store leadership team, you will recruit, train, and coach teammates, monitor daily sales goals, and oversee opening/closing procedures while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year retail or customer experience and some leading/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and oversee floor operations.
• Ensure store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
