You will open and close the store, monitor daily metrics, participate in hiring, and coach teammates to maintain a welcoming, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating.
• Eligible to work legally in the location.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure store readiness.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily metrics and drive progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
