Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks an in-person TurboTax Customer Advisor focused on hospitality and high-touch service. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, and connect them with the right TurboTax expert, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience in our Dallas-area store.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and end-to-end guidance from arrival to hand-off, with flexible 20–40 hour weekly availability during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or other high-touch roles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and set a professional tone.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Guide customers to appropriate services or TurboTax experts.
• Accompany customers through the experience from arrival to hand-off.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
