Job summary

Intuit in Dallas is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor focused on hospitality to welcome, listen, and guide customers through tax-related services within the TurboTax network. You will be a hands-on host, helping customers understand options, connect them with the right expert, and ensure a smooth, personal experience from arrival to hand-off.

This year-round, non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling and benefits, including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in a relevant field such as hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or another high-touch customer-facing role
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer needs through effective communication and empathy
• A high school diploma or GED
• Experience in a hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Support customers through the full experience with clear, personal touch.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding questions.
