Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.

Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with personal, clear touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles.
