Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tucson, AZ. You will assist customers with transactions, provide financial services, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a full-time schedule, in-person attendance, and excellent communication skills. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth across our 11 brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous data entry and accuracy when handling transactions.
• Proficient with phones, POS, and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities
