Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in San Pablo, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help clients access quick financial solutions. This in-store, full-time role emphasizes precise transaction processing, high service levels, and building lasting customer relationships.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to move across our eleven brands nationwide as you grow with a performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous data entry and accuracy.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information precisely into the POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
