Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCFFB) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Columbus, OH area. You will assist customers with transactions, promote financial services, and provide a friendly in-store experience.

You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and development as part of a fast-growing, award-winning company. This entry-level role offers opportunities to advance across our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus a professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama); background check required.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in on-site events, store errands, and community activities.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with security procedures.
