Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Glendale, AZ to help customers access short-term financial solutions. You will process transactions, assist with payments, and build customer relationships in a fast-paced, in-store setting.

The role offers hands-on training, cross-brand mobility, and paths for advancement within our expansive family of brands across the country.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with POS, phones, and MS Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a vehicle.
• Background check required.
• Physical demands include standing most of the time and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
• Review, validate, and process transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in POS.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in on-site store tasks and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; ensure security protocols.
