Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, TN. You will assist customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments, delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement across our eleven brands nationwide. A full-time, in-person schedule is required, including weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Physical capability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information with precision in the POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Participate in in-store and community events and maintain store appearance.
