Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader in Chicago, IL to drive premium in-store experiences and operational excellence. You will own floor operations, lead the team in embodying Cloud CX customer-centricity, and manage stock with a data-driven approach to merchandising.

You will coach staff, analyze KPIs, and champion professional development across the store. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will foster a high-performance culture, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure On's premium

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments.
Advanced problem-solving and systemic thinking to overcome operational hurdles.
Expert facilitator with experience delivering technical or operational training to diverse teams.
High emotional intelligence, reflective and growth-minded.
Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance.
Lead and coach the team on customer-centric service and premium standards.
Manage stock levels according to forecasts and coordinate merchandising topics across functional teams.
Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and drive positive changes in store performance.
Identify skill gaps and facilitate training for professional development of the Lead Store Advisor team.
Drive the store's vision with a culture of trust and shared accountability.
