On Store Advisor is the brand ambassador by creating a premium, individualized fan experience in-store and mastering our Cloud CX Premium service model to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support retail operations with premium visuals, accurate inventory management, and collaborative teamwork to start and finish each shift together, driving brand loyalty and human spirit through movement.

Your Mission:

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On's global positioning
• Support On's unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together

Your Story:

• You bring 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority
• You possess a growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes
• You are highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions
