CCF Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Concord, CA. You will assist customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments, while maintaining a welcoming in-store experience.

Entry-level training and development are provided. Candidates should be 18+, able to pass a background check, and comfortable working a full-time, in-person schedule including weekends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required by law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing and light lifting.
