Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Tracy, CA location. You will help customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering a high-quality in-store experience.

You will receive hands-on training, join a growth-oriented environment, and have opportunities for advancement across multiple brands. This is a full-time, in-person role with weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with POS systems, phones, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to meet customer needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system.
• Assist in on-site marketing and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures.
