Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist in customer account management and store operations, including cash handling.
• Support in-store activities and community events when needed.
