You will process check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments while delivering excellent in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Assist in customer account management and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and vault/cash drawer as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
