Job summary

Qualifications

• Inside sales or retail experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Grow sales by identifying related products and add-ons.
• Process orders, respond to inquiries, questions or complaints.
• Stay current on Trane products, offerings, promotions.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Manage quotes and orders with high accuracy to speed fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Work overtime/weekends as required.
