Job summary

Trane Technologies in Chattanooga, TN is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to be the trusted advisor for customers visiting Trane Supply stores; you will help resolve parts or equipment issues and provide high-quality parts and solutions.

You will master our products, achieve sales goals, manage quotes and orders with accuracy, and assist with warehouse tasks. This on-site role supports customers by phone and in person and offers day-one benefits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales or retail experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints for Parts and Supply.
• Stay current on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management processes with accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
