Job summary

Trane Technologies in Indianapolis seeks a Customer Sales Associate to be the trusted advisor for customers visiting Trane Supply stores. You will help with parts and equipment issues, deliver high-quality parts, and ensure timely satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

You will maintain product knowledge, manage orders, and support customers by phone and in person, contributing to a premier customer experience and growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Inside sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons with customers.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries regarding Parts and Supply offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products and promotions to drive sales.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management with accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends when required.
