Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Advocate to make a strong first impression with customers by handling administrative processes, scheduling, work orders, and invoicing. The role includes greeting customers in person and managing inbound calls and emails to ensure a memorable customer experience.

The position offers a competitive weekly base pay with a comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, paid training, and PTO. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of telephone operations or business administration experience requested.
• Demonstrate world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Greet in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly with creative solutions.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, and scheduling.
• Confirm and complete work order details, including insurance verification and parts.
• Perform administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, and credit memos.
• Process dealer part orders and special accounts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
