TMX Finance Family of Companies is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Villa Rica, GA. You will deliver outstanding service during the loan/pawn process, educate customers, and build relationships to support store profitability and brand loyalty.

You will manage payments, appointments, and data entry in POS, while upholding company policies and local regulations. A full-time, in-person schedule with occasional Saturdays is required to support community engagement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers is required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full loan/pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
• Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool and maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations; manage opening/closing procedures including vault and cash handling.
• Maintain a rapid, adaptable workflow in a changing environment while meeting individual and team performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels; full-time in-person schedule including limited Saturdays.
