Job summary

TMX Finance Family of Companies, operating through TitleMax, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kingsland, GA. This in-person role supports the store’s operations, handles payments, customer inquiries, and loan/pawn processes, and participates in community events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during the workday.
• Proficiency with phone, Point-of-Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
• Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnerships, obtaining referrals, and hosting events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with accuracy.
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain office security protocols and manage vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
• Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and Team Members at all levels.
• Maintain full-time in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours (40 hours/week).
