Job summary

TitleMax is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Norcross, GA. You will deliver outstanding service through the full loan/pawn cycle, educate customers, and assist with payments and appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full loan/pawn cycle by educating consumers and making recommendations.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and hosting events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and store profitability.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintain security procedures, vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including limited Saturdays (40 hours/week).
