Job summary

TitleMax, a national title lending company, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Brunswick, GA to deliver exceptional service through the loan/pawn cycle. You will manage payments, appointments, and relationships while meeting performance standards.

The role requires attention to detail, data accuracy, and compliance with policies. You will use a POS system and Microsoft Office to track customers, conduct vehicle appraisals, and assist in in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full loan/pawn process.
• Assist in account management by accepting payments and scheduling.
• Meet performance standards and solicit referrals.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Uphold compliance with policies and laws.
• Manage vault, cash drawer, and deposits, with security procedures.
• Maintain in-person attendance; typical 40 hours per week.
