TitleMax is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Georgia. You will support customers through the loan/pawn cycle, manage payments, and drive store performance. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, compliance, and building community trust.

Responsibilities include in-person customer service, vehicle appraisals, data entry, and teamwork within Store Operations. A valid driver’s license and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use during shifts.
• Proficiency with phone, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn cycle.
• Assist in customer account management: accepting payments and scheduling.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships and referrals.
• Develop customer relationships to grow business and brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Uphold company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, vault and cash handling.
• Work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks to meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
