Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen to understand each customer's situation, concerns, and needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and direct them to the right service or expert.
• Accompany customers through their experience from arrival to hand-off with a personal, clear touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and questions answered.
