Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills across store management and associates.
• Must be a self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the customer storage pick-up process.
• Verify identity of person picking up orders and obtain required information.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS and maintain product knowledge.
• Stock and clean products according to brand standards; assist customers with questions and selections.
• Follow safety SOPs and act consistent with company core roles.
