Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a customer-facing associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up workflow. You will verify identities, collect required information, and ensure orders are delivered in the POS while maintaining safety and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Answer phones per SOP and verify ID for pick-ups.
• Obtain required customer information for pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling products.
• Know product details and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Stock and clean products per brand standards.
• Represent Floor & Decor’s core values in all actions.
