Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers and manage the pick-up process.
• Verify identity of customers picking up orders to ensure authorization.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with questions and selections.
• Stock and clean products according to brand standards.
• Follow SOPs for phone answering and safety lifting practices.
