• One year of retail sales experience or equivalent in education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Follow the company phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of customers picking up orders.
• Obtain required customer information for storage buy pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Stock and clean products according to brand standards.
• Act in line with the company’s core roles.
