Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless shopping experience, including BOPS, returns, and order pickups. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean, inviting space while meeting daily sales goals and using engaging, customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Ability to meet daily sales goals and engage customers confidently.
• Willingness to acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and engage in conversations to build relationships.
• Assist customers in total store fulfillment including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and curbside pickup; use systems to complete transactions.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized and ensure a friction-free customer pickup experience.
• Promote loyalty program benefits and help customers complete purchases with a friendly close.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities.
