Responsibilities

• Assist customers in total store fulfillment, including By Online and Pick Up in Store, and be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions.
• Keep pickup and return areas clean and organized to ensure a friction-free customer experience.
• Support curbside and in-store pickup workflows and ensure prompt service at all times.
• Deliver friendly, personal interactions that reinforce Macy's loyalty program benefits.
