Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience across BOPS, returns, order pickups and related tasks. You will engage customers with genuine hospitality, assist with pick-up in store, curbside BOPS, and maintain a clean, inviting space while meeting sales goals.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required, and you will use store systems for transactions, help grow customer loyalty, and support a team-focused

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Assist customers with Buy Online Pick Up In Store and returns.
• Proficient in store systems to complete transactions.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized; ensure curbside delivery of BOPS orders.
