Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Able to address customer needs and resolve issues with sound decisions in real time.
• Capable of acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and completing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPS), returns, order pickups and related tasks.
• Provide genuine hospitality and build relationships through personalized service.
• Keep the shopping space clean, organized and inviting for customers.
• Support accurate and timely checkout, loyalty benefits, and curbside or in-store pickup processes.
• Contribute to reaching daily sales goals and collaborate with teammates.
