Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and greet teammates, keep At Your Service areas organized.
• Assist with BOPS, returns, order pickups, and curbside delivery to ensure a friction-free pickup experience.
• Proactively learn about new arrivals, sales goals, and promotions to support the team.
• Explain Loyalty benefits, help customers with transactions, and maintain a welcoming shopping space.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pickup and return areas.
