CCF Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative for InstaLoan in Tampa, FL. You will help the local community access short-term financial solutions, handle transactions, and deliver in-store experiences with a focus on accuracy and customer care.

The role offers on-site training and development in a high-performance environment, with opportunities to advance across our eleven brands as you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, MS Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required in accordance with applicable law.
• Physical requirements include standing most of the time and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information precisely into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Manage security procedures and cash drawer as needed.
• Uphold company policies and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
• Attend to additional tasks as directed by leadership.
