Job summary

InstaLoan® in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build relationships with customers and support store operations. You will process sensitive transactions, assist with loans and payments, and help drive repeat business through excellent service.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to stand for long periods. Full-time, in-person work including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and car for daily use.
• Able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds; capable of mobility during shift.
• Experience with POS and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review and process customer transactions including loans, check cashing, money transfer, and payments.
• Proactively maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Build new business by completing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on products and processes.
• Work full-time with in-person attendance, including weekends (≈40 hours/week).
