Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands, InstaLoan in Saint Petersburg, FL, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will assist customers with transactions, payments, check cashing, and money transfers, delivering a high-quality in-store experience.

Training and development are provided in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a full-time, in-person schedule with at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
• Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing customer appointments.
• Maintain a full-time in-store presence including weekends and up to 40 hours per week.
