Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help customers access short-term financial solutions. You will process check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, coaching, and clear paths for advancement as you join a high-performance team across our eleven brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers' lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Support in-store marketing and community events as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures.
