InstaLoan, part of the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Saint Augustine, FL. You will help customers access financial solutions, process transactions, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this role (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Perform on-site store errands, events, and community outreach as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with security and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
• Work full-time with in-person attendance, including weekends.
