The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Brandon, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will help customers access short-term financial solutions, process transactions, and deliver in-store experiences while receiving hands-on training across our eleven brands.

This entry-level role emphasizes communication, data entry accuracy, and reliability; full-time hours, including weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Meticulous data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and compliant with law.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with integrity.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Support on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Follow security and opening/closing procedures as required.
