Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, including InstaLoan, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Florida to build relationships with customers and support store operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions including loans, check cashing, money transfer, and payments.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Build new business by inbound and outbound call campaigns daily.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards to enhance the customer experience.
• Uphold security protocols and opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on products and processes.
• Work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
